1970's Terraced House in Rahoon

Una approached us with a terrace house that was difficult and costly to keep warm. After an initial assessment, we identified key improvements that could be undertaken including installing high-performance wall insulation and upgrading to a more efficient heating system.

1970’s Semi-Detached House in Westside

Dave found that his semi-detached home was often feeling cold and damp, resulting in costly energy bills. Previous measures, such as double glazing (in 2001) and improved attic insulation (in 2005) had been implemented in the house to increase energy efficiency.

1990’s Semi-Detached House in Knocknacarra

Sinead approached us with a desire to improve the sustainability and comfort of her semi-detached house. After an initial assessment of previous upgrades, including partial DIY attic insulation, we identified key improvements that could be undertaken including installing a stove, high-performance wall and attic insulation and PV solar panels.
